Master/Client Technology

The innovative master/client technology reduces the cabling effort by more than 80% and enables flexible expansion and customised scaling of your audio installation. The master speaker sets the pace, while the clients can be individually adjusted in volume.

The Tree-Turbo interface allows up to ten master speakers to be connected via star, line, tree or bus topology. Up to 20 client speakers can be connected to each master speaker. The cabling between master and client or from client to client must be done via daisy chain.

The Install Speaker 7 Client impresses with a perfect sound image, both with quiet and loud music playback. The slim-line cover included in the scope of delivery ensures a discreet appearance. Thanks to its design, the speaker is also suitable for installation in protected outdoor areas. 

Streamlined installation wherever you want

The Install Speaker 7 Client can be attached to ceilings, walls or even furniture in just a few simple steps. For use in open installation environments (e.g. a perforated acoustic ceiling), we strongly recommend the corresponding installation backboxes:

• Back Box Install 7 for wall and ceiling installation
• Surface Box for 7" Install Speaker for wall and ceiling installation
• Concrete Back Box Install 7 for speakers in concrete ceilings

If you would like to build a custom enclosure, we recommend a capacity of at least 7L. However, the bigger the better. The enclosure should also be filled with damping material to improve the sound.

Number of speakers per room

We recommend one speaker per 15m².

Installation recommendation: Distance from walls

We recommend keeping a minimum distance of 1m from walls to avoid reflections and standing waves.
