Reliable for the life of many buildings
When developing the Loxone actuator, we attached great importance to ensuring that it works reliably and precisely for many years. Let's assume that a building is heated 300 days a year. With 10 closures of the actuator per heating day, this would mean 3,000 closures per year, or 75,000 closures over 25 years. But we are not satisfied with that: our new actuator masters more than 500,000 closures without any problems.
Power for every application
The Loxone actuator has a permanent power supply (24V) with a pressure force of 150 newtons. This covers even commercial requirements where larger valves or flow rates need to be controlled.
Quiet comfort
Despite all the power that the Loxone actuator delivers, it operates almost silently. Thanks to intelligent motor control, the operating noises are so quiet that they are barely perceptible - quieter than the flow noise of a radiator. This feature makes the actuator particularly suitable for living spaces where quiet and comfort are a high priority.
Indistinguishably low standby consumption
A conventional thermal actuator requires slightly more than 2 watts in standby mode. Our new actuator has a standby consumption of 0.05 watts. With 20 actuators, the consumption is correspondingly 40W lower. With 240 heating days per year with a daily running time of 12 hours and an electricity price of € 0.35, this results in savings of € 800 over 20 years.
User-friendly comfort
Thanks to Loxone Tree, even a large number of actuators can be seamlessly integrated into the building automation system in record time. The compact design also facilitates installation in places that are difficult to access. A status LED, the integrated temperature sensor and a freely assignable button provide the user with many practical functions.
