Convenient communication with security as a priority

You can talk to whoever rings the bell with live communication and you can even remotely open the garage door for a delivery driver to place a parcel for example via the Loxone App. If you miss someone ringing the bell, the intercom system takes a photo of the person and saves it in the visitor history.

You can send messages, which are played back via the Intercom, including predefined messages ("We are in the garden") or fully automated messages that are based on presence in the building - for example ‘We are not at home’ or ‘It is outside of opening hours, please come back tomorrow’. - All of this helps to customise the access system to the specific needs of each user.

Privacy is guaranteed by state-of-the-art technologies. Communication between the Intercom system and the App is protected by end-to-end encryption, and the data is not sent to a cloud and instead remains securely in your building (Miniserver). Even in a residential building with several flats, only the residents living in the respective residential unit have access to it.

 Meets both the current and future needs of the building and its users

The access system is freely expandable and flexible with the Loxone Intercom, especially in combination with other products - NFC Code Touch and Touch Pure Flex - to create a comprehensive access control centre for the building. This is particularly advantageous for larger buildings with several residential units (MDUs).

The system can then be expanded to include additional flats. Or, if you need to split a multi-generational home into two separate units in the future, access can easily be changed to allow separate doorbells for each flat.
