Reliable for many building life long

When developing the Loxone actuator, we attached great importance to ensuring that it works reliably and precisely for many years. Let's assume that a building is heated 300 days a year. With 10 actuator closures per heating day, we come to 3,000 closures per year, and 75,000 closures over 25 years. However, we were not satisfied with that: our new actuator masters more than 500,000 closures without any problems.

Power for every application

The Loxone actuator has a pressure force of 150 Newtons with a continuous power supply (24V). This means that it even covers commercial requirements where larger valves or flow rates have to be controlled.

Noiseless comfort

Despite all the power that the Loxone actuator brings, it works almost silently. Thanks to intelligent motor control, the operating noises are so quiet that they are barely noticeable – quieter than the flow noise of a radiator. This feature makes the actuator particularly suitable for living spaces where peace and comfort are a high priority.

Vanishingly low standby consumption

A conventional thermal actuator requires a little more than 2 watts in standby mode. Our new actuator has a standby consumption of 0.05 watts. With 20 actuators, the consumption is correspondingly 40W lower. With 240 heating days per year with a daily running time of 12 hours and an electricity price of $0.38, this results in savings of $872 over 20 years.

User-friendly comfort

Thanks to Loxone Tree, even a large number of actuators can be seamlessly integrated into building automation in record time. In addition, the compact design makes it easier to install in hard-to-reach places. A status LED, the integrated temperature sensor and a freely assignable button enable the operators to perform many practical functions.
